Experience

  • At Robin AI, Josie led fast-paced contract negotiations, reviewing and finalising agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, and SaaS agreements. She contributed to product development by using AI tools during contract review, providing feedback to improve the platform, and she engaged in legal prompt engineering by creating an evaluation framework to optimise AI outputs.
  • During her time at 3M, Josie got involved in corporate restructuring, including spinning off divisions and drafting complex commercial contracts for EMEA countries, such as distribution and master service agreements. She analysed commercial risks, negotiated high-value, business-critical contracts, and advised on a range of legal issues.
  • At Google, Josie managed large volumes of contracts, including marketing, creative services, and staffing agreements, from drafting to execution. She negotiated NDAs and supported various internal teams, creating playbooks to standardise processes.
  • At Pinsent Masons, Josie worked within the Energy and Property team, focusing on reviewing certificates of title.
  • As a Legal Affairs Intern at the United Nations, she contributed to legal research and compliance efforts for UNCITRAL, drafting mediation guidelines, and participating in international webinars on trade law.
