Streamlined Advance Assurance
HMRC have introduced an online form and portal to submit Advance Assurance applications. That now means our dedicated SEIS and EIS experts can handle your Advance Assurance application process with HMRC from end-to-end.
We have a 98% AA application success rate compared to a 62% industry average (according to HMRC) which means you can quickly get on the road to fundraising.
Improved EMI valuations
Speaking of HMRC, we’ve improved our EMI valuation methodology to make your report even more bespoke and detailed, maximising your discount and chance of success with HMRC.
You can select the most relevant factors that may influence a discount on the price per share, as well as a personalised reason why each discount is applied.

SeedSAFT is live (with more Token offerings on the way)
In October’s updates, we mentioned our UK simple agreement for future tokens (aka SeedSAFT) was on the way.
We have good news! SeedSAFT is live and we’re working on two additions to our token offering:
- Our Token Warrant will give warrant-holders the right to purchase any tokens that you might issue in the future
- Our Token Purchase Agreement if you’re just about to issue your tokens or they’re already in circulation
