Gordon is a qualified lawyer (admitted in Scotland) and a Senior Legal Associate here at SeedLegals. Before joining SeedLegals, Gordon spent a number of years at a large international City law firm, where he had a particular focus and interest in venture capital corporate transactions, and before that he spent two years at a boutique VC law firm.
Gordon has acted both for companies and leading VC investors in a significant number of funding rounds ranging from pre-seed rounds through to Series A, B and beyond – we’ve listed some highlights below.
