Boyan helps founders with the preparation of legal documents within funding rounds and oversees their fundraising strategy. He also works closely with institutional investors and syndicates to complete financing rounds.
Before joining the SeedLegals team, he was a UCL Law graduate and had a spell working in the Civil Service for the Serious Fraud Office focusing on investigating and prosecuting white collar crime on international projects.
Outside of work, Boyan is an avid NBA, F1 and Manchester United fan with a passion for cooking and trying new things.
