Before joining SeedLegals, Sam worked directly for a diverse selection of businesses across various sectors – everything from large international organisations to startups.
Sam is a commercial generalist and leads the SeedLegals General Counsel as a Service offering, which provides tailored advice to the businesses Sam loves to work with most – startups.
Sam is passionate about all things tech, from AI to robot hoovers. Keen to get a change from the corporate environments he was used to in the early days of his career Sam made an active move into the tech sector in 2021.
When he isn’t helping small businesses grow, you’ll find him out and about with his partner searching for fun things to do in London or planning his next holiday 🌴

- Advised the UK arm of the world’s largest QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) business on large tech projects such as the digitisation of manual food checks, including negotiating contracts with suppliers such as Apple and Telefonica.
- Advised a leading international high growth FinTech company on the adoption of new digital IDs as well as closing deals with its major Financial Services clients.
- Lead on a variety of significant procurement contracts and embedded data protection compliance for Europe’s leading beauty marketplace.
- Closed new deals of various and novel commercial models for a UK based HealthTech.
