Terms and Conditions for using Perks - SeedLegals
The below terms and conditions apply to all SeedLegals users or members of the public accessing the Perks page on the public SeedLegals website or access the Perks module in the SeedLegals platform, as well as all partners providing offers for the Perks page:
1. Eligibility and Access to Perks
If you access the Perks page on the public SeedLegals website or access our Perks module in the SeedLegals platform, you understand and agree that redemption of any partner offers presented therein is conditional upon having an active SeedLegals membership (Standard/Plus).
If your membership lapses, is terminated, or is suspended for any reason, your entitlement to access and redeem such offers will automatically cease without notice.
2. Perks Service Providers
You agree that upon clicking the Complete with Partner and Redeem buttons in the Perks interface, you will be redirected to the respective partner’s page and any services, products or offering you access from that point on is provided entirely by the respective partner.
In contracting or using any of their services or products, you will be dealing exclusively with the respective partner and not with SeedLegals Limited or any of our subsidiaries.
When you use our site or platform to access the respective partners’ pages, SeedLegals will only act as a pass-through platform to present the partners and redirect you to their page if you choose to redeem the offer.
3. No Endorsement
The inclusion of any partner or their services on the Perks page does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by SeedLegals of such partner, their business, or their services or products. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any partner.
4. Changes, Withdrawal or Suspension of Offers
SeedLegals may amend, suspend or withdraw any partner offer or remove any partner from the Perks page at any time without prior notice. Partners themselves may also amend or withdraw their offers at their discretion. SeedLegals will not be responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of any such amendment, suspension or withdrawal.
5. Pricing, Availability and Terms
All pricing, descriptions, service levels, availability and terms applicable to partner offers are set by the relevant partner and not SeedLegals. SeedLegals does not warrant that any information displayed on the Perks page is accurate, complete or up to date, and will not be liable for any reliance you place upon such information.
If there any conflict between information in promotional content attached to Perks and these terms, these terms take precedence.
6. Data Sharing and Privacy
By clicking through to a partner’s website or redeeming an offer, you may choose to provide personal information directly to that partner. SeedLegals does not control, and will not be responsible for, the collection, use or processing of your personal information by any partner. You should review the partner’s privacy notice before providing any personal information to them.
7. No refunds
The fee paid by partners to SeedLegals in order to be featured on the Perks public page and platform module is non-refundable in all cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedLegals excludes all liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Perks page or your dealings with any partner. Nothing in these Terms will operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We reserve our right to claim damages (whether in contract, equity or otherwise) for any liability incurred by us from your breach of our competition terms.
9. Complaints and Disputes with Partners
Any complaints or disputes relating to a partner’s services or products should be raised directly with the partner concerned. SeedLegals has no obligation to mediate, resolve or become involved in any such dispute, although we may at our discretion assist by directing you to the relevant partner’s contact details.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
11. Variation of Terms
SeedLegals reserves the right to update or vary these Terms at any time. The version published on the Perks page at the time of your use will apply.
