Samantha brings a wealth of legal and business expertise to the S/EIS team. With a Law LLB, LPC, MSc in Business & Management, and as a qualified Ghanaian lawyer, she’s worked across many sectors, from oil and gas to fintech policy across Africa.
Samantha doesn’t just advise founders, she is one too. Before SeedLegals, she co-founded Nexus Ghana – a platform that’s helped over 300 startups across Africa and Europe by connecting entrepreneurs with essential resources, funding opportunities, and a powerful network.
Having experienced the challenges and rewards of startup life, Samantha enjoys helping founders go from early-stage ideas to closing their first funding round.
