What’s included in the package?

For early-stage companies that have raised SEIS or EIS investment, the package includes HMRC pre-clearance support to help preserve those investors’ tax reliefs. It also includes incorporation, share transfers, legal documents as well as your first year’s subscription to SeedLegals US and access to Flippa Invest.

What if my company has raised multiple rounds or has a more complex structure?

We can still help, but more complex flips may involve extra steps and, therefore, an additional fee. Talk to us and we’ll advise based on your setup.

Does the price include Advance Assurance for future SEIS/EIS rounds?

No, but we can help with that when you're ready. Advance Assurance is a separate service and can be added on later.

Do I get access to SeedLegals US after the flip?

Yes. The package includes a 1-year subscription to SeedLegals US. This gives you access to raise unlimited SAFEs from US investors, manage your cap table, and more.

Not necessarily. Your company should have growing or stable revenue and be digital-first in nature. You don’t need to have raised previous funding, but you do need to meet Flippa’s qualification criteria.

What if I only want to flip and not raise?

No problem. If you don’t meet the criteria for Flippa’s investor platform, or you prefer to find investors directly, we can still help you flip to a US entity through our US partners and prepare for your next raise on your own terms.
