Is SeedLegals support included in the pricing?
Absolutely, our support is fully included in the product pricing. You won't need to pay any more, nor to use an external lawyer/ accountant in order to be able to use our products. -
Is there a minimum period for the Subscriptions?
No, there is no minimum period. The first 7 days are free after which you can subscribe if you wish, and can cancel anytime - at which point you will still have the remainder of your current month. -
Are the SeedFAST and Instant Investment charged per investor?
Yes! The SeedFAST is charged per investor, and not for the overall amount from multiple investors. Each investor will require a separate SeedFAST. Please contact us if you are doing a bulk number of SeedFASTs of investments under £20 000. -
When will I be charged for a non-subscription product?
For non-subscription products you will hit a paywall when you go to unlock a document ( a green padlock will show) when you click unlock, you break the paywall and will be charged. -
Does the percentage charged for the Instant Investment or SeedFAST include the amount of the funding round?
No, the Instant Investment and SeedFAST products are charged completely separately to your funding round. -
Where can I view my invoices?
If you head into the Company Details section of your profile, click billing (middle right) and there you can find all your invoices. -
