Many VC funds do their transactions using a nominated custodian (“nominee”) or SPV, for a variety of reasons including SEIS / EIS eligibility, ease of fund management and more. With the update, investors can now add nominee entities to their deals through Deal Manager, also known as the ‘Invest’ tab in the Investor App.
