Valeria started her career path as an in-house lawyer of an international record label, specialising in corporate governance and intellectual property. She then put both of these strengths to use in private practice: in 2014 she joined a law firm in London, where she established and led the firm’s Venture Deals practice, featuring yearly in the Legal 500 Rising Star and Next Generation Lawyer rankings.
After over six years in private practice, Valeria pursued her newly acquired interest in technology and joined SeedLegals, where she leads the company’s Legal Product work and, occasionally, writes. Outside working hours Valeria tries to balance her gastronomic and fitness pursuits.
