Tommy is a Senior Account Manager at SeedLegals. He’s an experienced equity strategist with a specialism in R&D tax credits and share option schemes. He is an expert at exploring how founders and investors want to best incentivise their teams with equity and then using his legal background to translate that into a set of option schemes and rules.
Tommy has a Business Management degree as well as graduating from the GDL at City, University of London with a law degree. Before joining us at SeedLegals, Tommy lived in Amsterdam, where he worked for Omnia Retail, a SaaS price management solution for enterprise retailers and brands. He worked on the go-to-market team as a consultant, before being promoted to Account Executive in the Sales team. Tommy also ran the family business for over a year during the pandemic – Kafenion, an independent coffee shop in Birmingham.
In his spare time, Tommy will watch any sport that’s on, he loves to cook up a feast on the weekend, sit on a terraza somewhere in the Mediterranean or waste his money adding to his record collection.
