Product Manager,
Bring all your company’s important files into one place, even the ones you haven’t created with SeedLegals.
That might be a scanned passport for ID verification, a resignation letter or reference request, a notification of successful probation or a document confirming a change in role. You can also upload pitch decks, NDAs, due diligence memos, board presentations and anything else you need to keep track of.
Once uploaded, you can rename files, assign signatories and store everything securely – no more scattered folders or third-party tools.
Group documents by funding round, investor group, hiring year – or however makes sense for your company. Create and customise folders and subfolders to keep everything tidy, trackable and easy to share.
For example, if you’re preparing for a Series A, you might create a dedicated folder and move in your draft Shareholders Agreement, Term Sheet and pitch deck – everything your legal team or lead investor needs, all in one place.
Need to give access to just your board, legal counsel or a lead investor? You can now share individual files or whole folders with the right people – securely and selectively.
Tailor access to suit the moment: share one version of your pitch deck with Investor Group A, and a different one with Investor Group B if you’re fine-tuning your story for different audiences.
To make sharing even smoother, you can now create Custom Groups. Name a group, add your key contacts and reuse it whenever you need to share documents or updates with the same people. Perfect for board packs, investor comms or ongoing legal collaboration.
More improvements are coming soon to make this even easier to manage – stay tuned.

You’ll save time, stay compliant, and keep everything in one place. No more switching platforms or chasing signatures over email.
Our refreshed interface gives you instant visibility into your documents: what’s been uploaded, who it’s been shared with and which files are signed, pending or untouched.
It’s easy to check what’s been shared externally, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Now, we’re bringing that same AI-powered thinking to your documents.
Soon, you’ll be able to ask questions about the files you’ve uploaded – and get fast, helpful, specific answers powered by AI.
