Simon’s journey to Blox began in finance, where he honed his skills in financial modelling and analysis. Recognising the limitations of traditional spreadsheets and legacy FP&A systems, he transitioned into software and product roles at Anaplan, eventually founding Blox to address the need for a more intuitive and accessible FP&A solution.
With a deep understanding of both finance and technology, Simon brings a unique perspective to the challenges faced by startups and scale-ups. He is a passionate advocate for empowering Founders, CFOs, and their teams to move beyond the limitations of spreadsheets, to make bold plans and explore multiple “what-if” scenarios and make informed decisions that fuel growth.
