Mike is a fully qualified Chartered Tax Advisor. He has over five years of experience working as a personal and corporate tax specialist and originally trained with Grant Thornton in London. After working in a number of personal and corporate tax teams (including Employment, Global Mobility general corporate tax and R&D) he moved into a specialist corporate tax team that focussed solely on the tax issues faced by high-growth startups.
During his time at the Big 4, he worked on group reorganisations and international tax considerations for major multinational entities, including private equity firms.
Mike’s an avid Liverpool FC fan (women’s and men’s leagues) and a massive sports enthusiast. He enjoys swimming and playing Rocket League and when he’s not enthralled in some game or other you’ll find him on a long walk exploring the boroughs of London.
