Eliza is a financial crime researcher at Themis, working on a variety of topics from sanction compliance to the financial crime risks of emerging technologies.

She has experience working at the intersection of international policy and research across the public and private sectors. Before joining Themis, she worked at a policy consultancy in the USA, as well as for the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI) in Brussels. Eliza has an MSc in European Policy from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from Stanford University.
