Liliana Conrad is now a team lead at SeedLegals.
She started at the company as a funding strategist where she harnessed her expertise in agile fundraising (now the most popular legal vehicle used at SeedLegals). She then became a senior account manager, building closer client relationships with over 900 founders and has helped facilitate pre-seed raises up to Series A.
Liliana has a law degree in multiple jurisdictions (UK and the Philippines) and has finished her LPC in the UK.
Prior to SeedLegals, she worked as a stockbroker in Asia and as a funding specialist for a private equity firm in Wall Street, New York. This is where she garnered immense business acumen and insights on private and institutional investors from different parts of the world.
She continues to thrive in the investment landscape and was the pioneer in building a community group of founders at SeedLegals.
