Jonathan Fish founded CapGains and QSBSExpert.com to help founders and investors navigate QSBS and other tax incentives, having seen first hand the challenges and opportunities posed by these incentives. CapGains’ solutions help to organize, simplify, and identify the various tripwires contained within the permutations of the tax code for these incentives, enabling users to proactively manage their eligibility and capture the benefits.
He is a CPA, and prior to starting CapGains was a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Markets practice in New York.
Jonathan obtained his MBA from NYU Stern and his BS in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
He lives in South Florida with his wife, Michelle, 3 sons (Ian 9, Brody, 6 and Ryan 4) and their pet dog, Roxie.
