Max is a Senior Funding Strategist at SeedLegals. From small friends and family rounds to VC backed Series A raises, Max has helped over 300 startups navigate their funding rounds across both the UK and Ireland.
You might already be familiar with him, from hosting several of our SeedLegals webinars or pitching at one of our events. With specialisms ranging from advising on overall round structure to agile fundraising and SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance, Max is always excited to have a chat with founders about their fundraising journey.
Prior to SeedLegals, Max was actually a founder of his own virtual reality startup. Having had a flavour of the industry, he moved to SeedLegals to stay close to founders with their own unique ideas but similar passion.
Outside of work, Max’s hobbies include art and Arsenal. So you would be most likely to catch him at a gallery or game.
