Nick Richards was our Head of Investor Partnerships until December 2021. Until joining us at SeedLegals, Nick spent his entire career in private equity and venture capital. First as a private equity advisor at Deloitte, and then moving into the world of funds and direct investing. (One of his highlights is that he was an early investor in Made.com, the furniture and homeware retailer.)
Through investing in venture funds in the UK, across Europe, the US and Israel, Nick has developed a deep understanding of the venture ecosystem around the world. Immediately before joining SeedLegals, Nick was an investor at a deeptech VC. Working with many founders, Nick caught the entrepreneurial bug and – lucky for us – joined SeedLegals.
Nick worked with teams across the company including Product, Marketing and Sales, using his experience to make SeedLegals the number one way for VCs to carry out their deals. Nick loves to help founders work with investors, and he shared plenty of his knowledge here on our website, in our webinars and on LinkedIn.
In his spare time, Nick is an aspiring chef and was once a keen marathon runner and cyclist. He’s now a novice-level father to his daughter, who was born in the same week he joined SeedLegals.
