To download all your documents at once, go to the My Documents tab > Download all. ## **⬆️ We upgraded the R&D workflow** Putting together R&D claims on SeedLegals is now easier than ever. We’ve improved the workflow design to help you: ✅Break your claim down into sections ✅See your progress It’s cleaner and simpler to use so you can navigate each step with ease. ## **👉We made it simpler to downgrade from Plus to Standard** Sometimes you need a change of plans. We want to make sure it’s easy for you to choose and change the SeedLegals membership plan that works best for you. You can now seamlessly downgrade from Plus to Standard. Simply log in, navigate to > Settings > Memberships > click ‘subscribe’ in the Standard Card. Enter your details, hit ‘subscribe’ and your plan will automatically downgrade. Done. You can upgrade to Plus again any time you want to. Just follow the same procedure except subscribe to Plus instead of Standard. **⚠️ New SeedLegals plans are here** We've retired the Plus plan. Starting December 2025, our new pricing is designed to make things simpler – with refreshed plans that give you more flexibility when you’re raising. [Explore SeedLegals plans](https://seedlegals.com/resources/plans-access-funding-options/) ## **💷Companies House announced a rise in fees** Two regulations have been passed, which will result in a rise in fees from **1 May 2024:** - Incorporation of a company or LLP online will increase from £10 to £50 - The registration of a UK establishment of an overseas company will increase from £20 to £71 - The registration of an overseas entity on the Register of Overseas Entities (ROE) will increase from £100 to £234 - Additionally, same day services will experience a price jump.
