Latest companies to complete their funding rounds on SeedLegals

We're excited to announce the latest companies to have successfully completed their funding legals on our platform, raising a combined total of over £1m.

With the average time for UK deal completion taking 3 months, we're really pleased to be bringing a faster, easier fundraising experience to the startup ecosystem.

Here’s what some of these companies are busy building:

Grub Club

Touted as London’s hottest new pop-up dining experience, Grub Club matches adventurous diners, Michelin star chefs and unique venues. Think airbnb meets Top Table. Grub Club is on a mission to revolutionise the way we dine out. Diners eat amazing food for less, Chefs can build a profile and earn additional income while venues can make money from their spare capacity. They have been featured in Timeout, Independent, Stylist, Daily Telegraph and many more.

“The SeedLegals team managed to transform one of my most dreaded tasks into a simple, clear and efficient process - and as an extra bonus I became clear about the key legal areas I should be particularly aware of as a founder. Thanks to a great team for making it so quick and easy!”
— Founder, GrubClub

Gallinée is world's first skin-care product that hydrates your skin by feeding your microbiome. After discovering how a prebiotic and probiotic food improved her health, founder of Gallinée, Dr. Marie Drago got a Eureka moment: What if we applied the same science to skin? Less than two years later, Gallinée is stocked in WholeFoods, featured in Vogue, Elle and Wired UK, and has won countless awards.

I was lucky to be one of the first customers of SeedLegals. It made our fundraising experience really painless, very happy to have found them!
